    ● ご希望日の三日前までの御予約をおねがいしております。（お料理内容によっては準備に一週間程度お時間を要する場合もございます。）Please make your reservation at least three days in advance. (Depending on the menu, preparation may require up to one week.)

    ● キャンセル料につきましては、・1週間前30％・前日50％・当日100％を申し受けます。Cancellation fees are as follows: 30% one week in advance, 50% the day before, and 100% on the day.

    ● 当日のコースや食材の変更、アレルギー対応は出来かねます。We are unable to accommodate changes to the course or ingredients, or requests for allergy-friendly options on the day of your visit.

    ● 予約されたご到着時間に合わせて、炭火やお部屋を準備をしておりますので、当日ご到着時間が前後する場合は、必ずお電話でご連絡下さいませ。We prepare the charcoal fire and room according to your scheduled arrival time. If your arrival time changes on the day, please be sure to contact us by phone.

    ● 物品の破損紛失の場合は費用をご請求させて頂く場合がございます。In the event of damage or loss of property, repair or replacement costs may be charged.

    ● 段差や階段(エレベーターは無し)バリアフリー対応が出来ておりません。Steps and stairs (no elevator) are not barrier-free.
